BioIntake is an AI calorie and nutrition tracker. Snap a photo of your meal and our AI estimates the calories, protein, carbs and fat — including dishes from around the world that other trackers don't recognize. It also includes an AI coach, water and macro tracking, and weekly trends.

How do I start the free trial and subscribe?
Open the Me tab and tap Subscribe on the BioIntake Premium card. You'll get a 7-day free trial, then it's $6.99/month (lower in many regions). Payment is handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — we never see your card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone/iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → BioIntake → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BioIntake → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to the Me tab → Delete my account, enter your password, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated data.
The "Subscribe" button isn't working — what do I do?
Make sure you're signed in to your App Store / Google Play account and have a payment method on file, then fully close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't work, email us at maxime.tchamda@tchamdaglobal.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
Which foods can BioIntake recognize?
BioIntake recognizes everyday meals worldwide plus a database of 287+ dishes from 14 countries across Africa and beyond — jollof, attiéké, egusi, fufu and many more, as well as global staples. You can also search and log any dish by name.
How is my data used?
To estimate nutrition, your meal photo is sent to our AI provider via our secure server. We ask your permission before the first photo is sent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
On the Me tab, tap Restore under the subscription section while signed in to the same App Store / Play account you purchased with.
